Isn't it not easy to find out how we are all one, specially when we've been taught how separated we're? The world advocates various forms of separation. We are separated by class, race, religion, work, education etc... the list goes on. Sunday morning is probably the most segregated hours in America. It hurts to know that, but sadly enough the sound of it rings rather loudly with Truth. Many of our churches are becoming sanctuaries of division and separation, rather than tabernacles of liberation and unity. But relax a bit.

This morning, when my eyes opened, I immediately contemplated writing a write-up. I headed to my computer to start out typing away. As I approached my desk, I felt a knot in my stomach. It was as if I had been punched inside abdomen. For a minute, I lost target my selfish ability to write as I wondered why I suddenly had this pain. I sat down in my chair and did start to pray this ache during my belly would go away. And then it dawned on me...Prayer, that maybe what I am missing this morning. Within seconds, my stomach pain was gone and I spent another several minutes thanking God for those I have.

Tiredness in morning can also happen as a result of high stress levels. This particularly happens because of emotional stress its keep is often a loss in energy from the person suffering high stress levels.
